-He helped me make the insurance claim
-Explained me my options clearly
-He also covered my $1,500 deductible

I was visiting a friend in Toronto when a stone hit my windshield and caused it to crack. Luckily, I found this shop. They not only replaced my windshield, but also helped me open the insurance claim and handled everything very professionally. The staff were friendly, patient, and extremely accommodating.
